claims within our site for Free Shipping on orders over $75.00 pertain to the
lower 48 United States by UPS or USPS ground service, additional shipping charges
apply to all other areas, states and countries. Products marked as Free Next Day
Air or Free Second Day Air Shipping pertain to the Next Business Day. Saturday
delivery if available is an extra cost..
- “Curbside Delivery”
provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is not the
driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not
assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.
- Central
vacuum pipe is a UPS shipping oversized item. All pipe ordered in any configuration
other than as part of our complete central vacuum packages will have a shipping
surcharge added to the order.
- Over Night & Two
day air shipping is not available for over weigh & over sized orders such
as complete central vacuum systems and appliances. If this option is chosen at
checkout the order will be sent ground service only and you will not be charged
the additional shipping amount for the expedited shipping you choose.
- Miele major appliances
may have additional shipping charges added to the order depending on shipping
and location circumstances we will contact you about your order.
- Please check your order for damage as soon as it arrives. If there is damage
notify us as soon as possible so may can help you file a damage claim with the
carrier. The carrier is responsible for all damage once the package leaves our
shipping facility and is in their possession. After many years of shipping we
take extra measures to make sure you order arrives undamaged, this is part of
our 100% customer service guarantee. All packages we ship with high value are
insured at no extra charge to you.

- You will receive an invoice
for your purchase. This invoice will be included with your package. Invoices may
also be mailed to the billing address depending on the type of goods being shipped.

warranty. Mid America Vacuum Centers is an authorized retailer and service provider
for all the products we sell. No gray market or used goods are sold from our web
site unless clearly posted in our advertised closeouts and special values section.
- Returns: Any item
may be returned within 30 days from Shipping company delivery date in it's original
packaging for a full refund less original shipping charges. User related Damage
or un-crated appliance (s) or product (s) being returned may have a 15% restocking
fee added. Used central vacuum fittings, used PVC pipe, any kind
of replacement filters or open vacuum bags, and opened detergents / chemicals
may not be returned. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refund will be issued after inspection of product (s).

- Repairs and Service:
Mid America Vacuum services what we sell. If you require service and can not find
local service you may send the item (shipping prepaid) to us, if the product is
in manufactures warranty period and under warranty, we will repair it and send
it to you with no shipping costs within the lower 48 states. Out of warranty we
will charge the repairs and shipping to your credit card.
- Please
keep your receipt / Invoice in a safe place as it is proof you purchased the product.
You may need it to get warranty work done.
