Ordering Questions

  • If you already have an account, simply type in your ID login and password to login. If you do not have an account, you may create one now by clicking on "My Account button (above). You do not need to create an account or login to make a purchase with us. Creating an account simply allows us to remember the basic information you provide us (name, address, email...) and use it for your subsequent purchases.
  • If you have already made a purchase from us and you would like to to track your orders progress view past order history, retrieve UPS tracking numbers, and track your order via UPS Please Click on the Order Status button (above). You will need your order number and email address you provided us.

  • Please make sure you accept our shopping cart cookie, it is needed for you to shop our site and place an order. Our cookie is not used for any other purposes. Cookie id (id289.securedata.net)

  • In order for us to process your order the billing address must match the credit card statement address. Please make sure this information is correct.

  • After you place your order with us you will receive an automated email confirming your order. We will then process your order and email you updates through the entire order process. If we have any questions we will contact you either by phone or email. Please make sure your email address is correct when placing your order, we also us it to send your order tracking information to you via United Parcel Service (UPS).

  • We find that Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher work best for ordering across the Internet.
